Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.
Shipping Destinations
We currently deliver exclusively to addresses within the contiguous United States (the 48 contiguous states). At this time, we are unable to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, P.O. boxes, or APO/FPO addresses.
Shipping Methods & Carriers
We select the most efficient carrier for your package based on the destination and package dimensions. Our shipping partners typically include USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The choice of carrier is at our discretion, but every shipment includes a tracking number that will be provided in your shipping confirmation email.
Delivery Time
Once dispatched, please allow 3–5 business days for delivery. Delivery estimates are for in-stock items only and may be subject to delays caused by the carrier or events beyond our control. Creatioons is not liable for carrier-related delays, but we will assist you in resolving any delivery issues.
Shipping Costs
We are pleased to offer free standard shipping on every order. There are no hidden handling fees or minimum purchase requirements.
